Supervised ICMR STS projects of MBBS students at AIIMS Raipur.

Diagnostics: Served as part of interdisciplinary genetics committee/ group formulating scope of molecular diagnostics AIIMS Raipur, AIIMS Patna respectively. Extensively trained in molecular diagnostics at TMC Mumbai, TMC Kolkata, CMC Vellore, NIMHANS, ACTREC. Member of RNTCP core committee AIIMS Raipur and interdisciplinary committee formulating cross discipline research goals between IIT Bhilai and AIIMS Raipur.

Expertise in immunohistochemistry, frozen section, squash, enzyme histochemistry, electron microscopy, Fluorescent in situ hybridisation, PCR, Sanger sequencing, apart from routine histopathology, cytology and hematology.

Served as section co-ordinator for cytology AIIMS Raipur that initiated liquid based cytology validation, EQAS  and SOPs for cytological tests.

Research: 10 research projects and theses completed, extramural and intramural particularly in neuro-oncopathology, endocrine pathology, oncopathology., artificial intelligence (image analysis ) with national and international cross disciplinary groups. 22 papers published, 3 international. Reviewed research proposals at IIT Mumbai, IISc Bengaluru.

Conferences: 25 presentations at conferences as presenter and invited speaker, judge for oral paper and poster presentations, chairperson for topic discussions, ISNOCON-NPSICON quiz formulation (clinical and pathology)

Administrative: Served in various committees as assigned by competent authorities (academics, diagnostics, recruitment) from time to time. Served as in charge Department of Pathology AIIMS Rajkot from 28 March 2023 to October 2023, In charge Vice Dean Academics AIIMS Rajkot from May 2023 to early August 2023.

Corporate: Served as invited speaker at AYUSH Raipur, MGMMC Mumbai, GMC Gadag Karnataka , Tata Trusts online platform for postgraduates in pathology (moderator 2020- 2021) on various academic and allied topics. Voting member of NPSI, helped formulate the resident awards under NPSI 2023-2024.
